A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT THIS EASEMENT AND RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTION OF A RAILROAD IN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK

WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas desires to accept the property described as follows for the purpose of construction of a railroad in the Industrial Park:
Part of the South Half (S½) of Section 28 and Part of the West Half (W½) of Section 33, Township 14 North (T-14-N), Range 5 East (R-5-E) Jonesboro, Craighead County, Arkansas, more particularly described as:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized by the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to accept the easement and right-of-way described above.
