1. Call to order by Mayor at 7:30 p.m.
 
2. Roll call by Clerk
 
3. Approval of minutes from October 4, 1993, as mailed.
 
· Rohnny McDaniel to address Council regarding grievances concerning the Jonesboro Civil Service Commission and changes in vacation policy, sick leave, policy, and compensatory time.

(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon Martinbrook Drive.

(B) 2nd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential Two (R-2) to Commercial Five (C-5), located at the corner of Matthews at Fisher Street, at Keller Medical Supply. (Ralph Waddell/Mark Keller)
 
(C) 3rd reading - Ordinance rezoning property from Residential One to Commercial Three, located at the Southeast corner of Highway 63 Bypass and Southwest Drive. (Bob Hufford)
 
(D) 2nd reading - Ordinance amending Section 14.04 by adding Section 14.04.13 for the purpose of regulating yard sales.
 
(E) 1st reading - Ordinance to vacate and abandon utility easements in the West Branch Commercial Addition. (Dan Mulhollen\Wal-Mart)
 
(F) 1st reading - Ordinance governing the procedures and standards for the regulation of cable television rates pursuant to the rules of the Federal Communications Commission

Southside Softball Center (Trailer)
Parking lot at Church and Cate streets
