(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-5), located at 500 Marlo Drive. (Farm Credit/Ralph Waddel)
 
(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone 2.96 acres from Industrial (I-2) to Commercial (C-3), located on the south side of Johnson Avenue, east of Floyd Street. (Max Dacus, Jr.)
 
(C) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone 6.50 acres from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-2), located between Matthews Avenue and Washington Avenue, west of Freeman Street. (Max Dacus, Jr.)
 
(D) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone 17.37 acres from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-3), located on the east side of Richardson Road, north of Colony Drive. (Mitchell Caldwell)

(I) 1st reading - Ordinance to amend Section 8.16.03 of the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances to establish a permit fee for non-operable vehicles.
 
(J) 3rd reading - Ordinance amending Chapter Six of the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances providing that Animal Control Officers assume the principal responsibility for Animals; amending the age for dogs being kept over five, amending the date within which a vaccination is required for animals.
 
(K) 1st reading - Ordinance to amend the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances, to establish a publication reimbursement cost by adding Section 2.20.11 entitled, "Publication Reimbursement Cost".
 
5. Resolution to establish a public hearing to vacate the east one-half of the alley connecting Kitchen and Haltom Streets. (Michael Young)
 
6. Resolution to establish a public hearing to vacate a ten foot utility easement located on Lots 14 through 23 of Patricks Third Addition. (Christine Manning)

· Rohn Craft to fill the unexpired term of H. C. Todd to the Civil Service Commission, with an expiration date of April 1, 1999.
 
· The reappointment of Mr. Wallace Fowler to the Airport Commission, with an expiration date of April 16, 2002.
