1. Call to order by Mayor at 6:30 p.m.
2. Roll Call by City Clerk.
3. Approval of minutes from February 15, 2005, as delivered.
4. Financial Report.
(Financial Report 1st meeting of the month, and Legal Report 2nd meeting of the month)
5. City Attorney:
A. 1st Reading - Ordinance amending Ordinance Number 3506 adopting a 2005 Annual Budget for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, amending the 2005 CDBG Administration Budget.
B. 1st Reading - Ordinance approving a contract between the Craighead County/Jonesboro Public Library for the remittance of property tax collections; amending the 2005 Budget; and declaring an emergency.
C. 1st Reading - Ordinance to amend the City of Jonesboro 2005 Annual Budget by the creation of three additional driver positions for the Jonesboro Fire Department.
D. 1st Reading - Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 2035 requiring rigid outside containers made of concrete, steel or fiberglass for all burials in the City of Jonesboro.
6. Resolution authorizing the dedication of property to be used for the purpose of erecting a traffic signal.
7. Resolution approving change order # 2 with Knish Corporation for 2002 Downtown Sidewalk Improvement Program.
8. Resolution amending the Structure and Terms of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Citizen Advisory Committee.
9. Resolution to lease the old portion of Huntington Building Methodist Church to CWODNA.
10. Resolution to amend the City of Jonesboro Pay Plan; separating the Department of Inspection and Code Enforcement from the Planning Department.
11. Resolution establishing a policy and procedure for reimbursement for employee personal vehicle usage for local travel.
12. Resolution setting a public hearing for the purpose of abandoning a ten (10) foot utility easement located along the south line of Lot 4, Abernathy Lake Estates and Re-Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Nix Lake Estates, Third Addition. (Kitty Ledbetter)
13. Resolution setting a public hearing for the purpose of abandoning a seven and one half (7½) foot utility easement lying adjacent to the west side of a ten foot drainage easement which lies along the east property line of Lot 31 Block 'B' of Griffin Park Phase III Subdivision. (Brandon Hogan)
14. Resolution to convey a portion of North Main Park to the City Water & Light Plant of Jonesboro.
15. Resolution to convey a portion of Allen Park to the City Water & Light Plant of Jonesboro.
16. Resolution to accept conveyance of City Water and Light Park and Culberhouse Park for the City Water & Light Plant of Jonesboro.
17. Resolution to accept conveyance of Pop Strickland Park from the City Water & Light Plant of Jonesboro.
18. Resolution to contract with the Jonesboro Softball Association for the construction of a maintenance Facility at the Southside Softball Complex.
19. Resolution to contract with Associated Engineering for the survey of Oaklawn and Nettleton Cemeteries.
20. Resolution to enter into an Agreement of Understanding" with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission for improvements to Craighead Forest Park Lake.
