3. Approval of minutes from June 16, 1997, as provided.
4. City Attorney:
(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone 5.54 acres from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the south side of Long Crest Drive, west of Willow Road. (Bruce Wrinkles)
(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone 1.57 acres from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the northeast corner of Johnson Avenue and Highway 351. (Midway Properties)
(C) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone 5.28 acres from Industrial (I-1) to Commercial (C-3), located on the north side of Johnson Avenue, west of Darrick Lane. (Robert Chastain)
(D) 3rd reading - Ordinance requesting approval of annexation of 23.30 acres and zoning classification of Residential (R-2), located on the north side of Windsor Landing Subdivision, north of Bridger Creek. (Robert Chastain)
(E) 3rd reading - Ordinance abandoning a portion of a drainage easement located in the Sage Meadows Subdivision, Phase 1-D. (Sage Meadows/Mooney, Sr.)

(I) 3rd reading - Ordinance to amend Section 8.40.18 of the Jonesboro Municipal Code entitled "Parking Time Limits".
5. Resolution to proceed with condemnation action at the following Jonesboro properties:
301, 303, and 305 South Madison and property at 214 South Fisher.
6. Resolution placing traffic signs at various locations within Jonesboro as recommended by the Metropolitan Area Traffic Authority and the Police Department.
7. Resolution to regulate the collection and disposal of garbage for apartment complexes and mobile home parks within Jonesboro, by private haulers.
8. New Business by the Mayor.
