4. City Attorney:
· Council's decision regarding the Gary Winters appeal of the M.A.P.C.'s decision to grant a "Special Use Permit" to Dr. Jack Jones.
(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-2) to Commercial (C-?), located near the intersection of Highway 18 and Main Street by Jonesboro High School. (Betty Waddle & Patricia Waddel)
(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential One to Commercial Three located at 2500 East Johnson. (Dianne Duschl\Skip Mooney, Sr.)
(C) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Commercial (C-3 to Industrial (I-1, located on the 63 Bypass between Highway 463 and Commerce Drive. (Farmer Enterprises)
(D) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-4), located at 2400 E. Johnson Avenue, east of Caraway Road in the Hanna Webb Subdivision. (Ruth Steinsiek)

(G) 1st reading - Ordinance to waive competitive bidding and authorize the purchase of radio equipment for the Police Department.
5. Resolution authorizing an agreement to issue bonds for the purpose of securing and developing industry within or near Jonesboro.
6. Resolution certifying Jonesboro's endorsement of certain businesses to participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program.
7. Resolution placing "STOP" signs in various locations within the city of Jonesboro
8. Review of the following bids:
