RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ACCEPT THE PROPERTY DONATED BY KENNETH A.YARBROUGH A/K/A KEN YARBROUGH AND CORLISS LYNN YARBROUGH A/K/A LYNN YARBROUGH TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO

WHEREAS, Kenneth A Yarbrough and Corliss Lynn Yarbrough desire to donate and the City of Jonesboro wishes to accept the following described property to the City of Jonesboro, to wit:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to accept the Donation Deed dated May 21, 2004 and signed May 25, 2004 together with letter dated September 8, 2004 from Ken Yarbrough.
2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval.
