3. Approval of minutes from April 15, 1996, as provided.
    
4. City Attorney:
 
(A) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-2) to Commercial (C-3), located on the northeast corner of Stadium Blvd. and Baswell Street. (Doug Allen)
 
(B) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone 12 acres from Agricultural (AG-1) to Residential (R-1), located on the east side of Paragould Drive, north of Shagbark Lane. (Gene Barnett)
 
(C) 3rd reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Residential (R-2), located on the south side of Wilkins Avenue, west of Metzler Lane. (St. Bernards Foundation)
 
(D) 3rd reading- Ordinance to amend Section 15.12.03, Subsection (b) changing the minimum lot size for residential design from sixty feet to fifty feet.
 
(E) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-3), located west of Stadium Blvd. and at the south end of Malibu. (Dallas & Timmy Spence; and Regina Prociw)
 
5. Resolution expressing the willingness of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas to utilize Federal-Aid Surface Transportation Program Enhancement Funds for signalization at the intersection of State Highway 49 (Stadium Blvd.) and Race Street Boulevard.
 
6. Resolution requesting City Water and Light to provide a traffic signal light at the intersection of Gee and Washington Streets.
 
7. Resolution requesting City Water and Light to provide a traffic signal light at the intersection of Gee and Matthews Streets.
