5. Resolution condemning four properties located within Jonesboro, as recommended by the Code Enforcement Officer.
 
6. Resolution to set a public hearing for the purpose of vacating street Rights-of-Way for Norma Drive, Charles Drive and China Drive all located in the Metzler Addition. (St. Bernards Hospital, Inc.)
 
7. Set an appeal hearing regarding denial by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission to approve site plans for two additional dwelling units to be built on a lot with an existing home at 1115 W. Jefferson Avenue. (Jim Darnell)
