(E) 1st reading - Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 1365 known as the ambulance ordinance by setting standards for persons or firms to operate emergency and non-emergency transport services within the city limits of Jonesboro, Arkansas
(F) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Industrial (I-1), located south of and abutting Parker Road just west of the U.S. 63, Ark 463 interchange and east of Raider Tire. (E.T.A., Inc/Dan Mulhollen)
(G) 2nd reading - Ordinance to amend Chapter Six of the Jonesboro Code of Ordinances providing that Animal Control Officers assume the principal responsibility for animals; amending the age for dogs being kept over five, amending the date within which a vaccination is required for animals and for other purposes.
(H) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Agricultural (AG-1) to Industrial (I-1), located on the north side of Highland Drive, east of Moore Road. (Jay Harmon)
(I) 1st reading - Ordinance to rezone property from Residential (R-1) to Industrial (I-1), located on the west side of Cottage Home Road, north of C.W. Post Road. (Jay Harmon)
5. Resolution condemning four properties located within Jonesboro, as recommended by the Code Enforcement Officer.
6. Resolution to set a public hearing for the purpose of vacating street Rights-of-Way for Norma Drive, Charles Drive and China Drive all located in the Metzler Addition. (St. Bernards Hospital, Inc.)
7. Set an appeal hearing regarding denial by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission to approve site plans for two additional dwelling units to be built on a lot with an existing home at 1115 W. Jefferson Avenue. (Jim Darnell)
8. Set an appeal hearing regarding denial by the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission to approve rezoning for 1.82 acres located on the East side of Harrisburg Road, South of Gladiolus Drive. (David Onstead & Gary Childers)
