I. CALL TO ORDER
Wyatt called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.

III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
• Minutes for the November 20, 2024, Stormwater Management Board Meeting
Motion to approve the minutes was made by Porter and seconded by Gillis. The minutes were unanimously approved.
IV. NEW BUSINESS
Light told the Board that there will be variance on the next agenda. It will be for Fox Meadow Elementary School drainage ditch. The ditch will require a triple barrel box culvert. City staff is concurrence that is excessive and supports the variance request to not enclose the ditch. The ditch will remain an open channel.
V. OLD BUSINESS
Light stated the 2 ft. freeboard ordinance is on its second reading and will have its final reading at the next City Council meeting.
Bevill stated that the County has a 1 ft. freeboard requirement.
Light stated the mortgage companies are notifying homeowners with mortgages about the flood maps. About ½ of the homeowners affect by the new flood maps have mortgages. The City is working with the County to find out the ones that may not be notified and send letters to them. The City just got the information on Thursday so there is no timel...
