AN ORDINANCE TO PLACE VARIOUS TRAFFIC SIGNS AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE TRAFFIC CONTROL COMMITTEE

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS to make the following changes as recommended by the Traffic Control Committee:

Section 1: Establish a 20 MPH speed limit at the following locations:  Medical Drive.

Section 2: Establish a 25 MPH speed limit at the following locations: 

Wilmar Circle

June Drive

Raider Road

Parker Annex Road

Sierra Court

Willow Pointe Subdivision - Phase IV

Edgemont Park Subdivision - All Phases

Bridlewood Phase - Phase IV and All Future Phases

Paula Drive - All Sections

Section 3: Establish a 30 MPH speed limit at the following location:  Latourette Drive - All Sections.

Section 4: Change the speed limit from 20 MPH to 25 MPH at the following locations:  Dupwe Drive - All Sections.

Section 5: Install stop signs at the following locations:

Southbound Willow Pointe Court @ Willow Ridge Drive

Stopping Edgemont Drive at Old Paragould Drive

Stopping Glitterman Drive at Long Crest Drive

Stopping Glitterman Drive at Saddlecrest Drive

Stopping Medical Drive at Old Bridger

PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 5TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 2020.
