RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, TO PLACE A MUNICIPAL LIEN ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1313 PARDEW, PARCEL 01-144212-20200, JONESBORO, ARKANSAS 72401, OWNED BY STANLEY ANDREWS/MICHELLE NUTT

LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT 1 OF W.D. YOUNG SUBDIVISION OF LOT 5 OF PYLE SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS. SUBJECT TO EXISTING EASEMENTS, BUILDING LINES, RESTRICTIONS AND ASSESSMENTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
WHEREAS, Stanley Andrews/Michelle Nutt, the owner of record, was properly notified of a code violation at 1313 Pardew, Jonesboro, AR 72401, and refused to remove or correct the conditions identified by the code enforcement officer of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas; and,
WHEREAS, the code enforcement officer corrected the code violation using city funds in the amount of $360.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Jonesboro seeks to perfect a lien against the affected property to cover the cost of the work pursuant to A.C.A 14-15-903; and,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JONESBORO, ARKANSAS, THAT:
1. The city should proceed with placing a lien on the property located at 1313 Pardew, Jonesboro, AR 72401.
