AN ORDINANCE FOR A PRIVATE CLUB PERMIT FOR STUDENTS THAT EXCEL ENRICHMENT PROGRAM, DBA ADDIE'S SOUL FOOD & GRILL

WHEREAS, Students that Excel Enrichment Program, DBA Addie’s Soul Food & Grill of Jonesboro has applied for a private club permit to be located at 311 B South Main Street, Jonesboro, AR 72401; and
WHEREAS, Students that Excel Enrichment Program desires to receive approval for a private club to be located at 311 B South Main Street, Jonesboro, AR 72401; and
WHEREAS, all applicable laws, rules, and regulations have been complied with in presenting this Ordinance to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:
Students that Excel Enrichment Program, DBA Addie’s Soul Food & Grill of Jonesboro’s application for a private club permit is approved and Students that Excel Enrichment Programs shall be and is entitled to apply to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of Arkansas for a private club license to be located at 311 B South Main Street, Jonesboro, AR 72401
