AN ORDINANCE FOR THE TRANSFER OF LOCATION OF PRIVATE CLUB PERMIT

WHEREAS, Casa Maya II, Inc. has a private club permit with its location being 2700 South Caraway Road, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401;
WHEREAS, Casa Maya II desires to transfer its business location to 2718 South Caraway Road, Jonesboro, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, all applicable laws, rules, and regulations have been complied with in presenting this Ordinance to the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, that:
Casa Maya II, Inc.’s application for transfer of location of private club permit is approved and Casa Maya II, Inc. shall be and is entitled to relocate its business as a private club to 2718 South Caraway Road, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401.
